Should I change my diet at the same time?

Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. In general, it is always advisable to eat a balanced and varied diet. Would you like to consciously support your body through your diet to maintain a balanced acid-base balance? Then we have a few tips for you: Food can be classified as alkaline, neutral and acidic. Alkaline foods include fruit, vegetables, potatoes, certain mineral waters and herbal teas. Neutral foods include fats and oils (such as olive oil and sunflower oil) and sugar. Acidic foods include grains, dairy products such as cheese and curd, and animal products such as meat, sausage, fish and egg yolk. Acidic foods have a higher so-called PRAL value. Alkaline foods, on the other hand, have a negative PRAL value. The PRAL value is a unit of measurement for how much acid a food puts on the kidneys. The kidneys are an important regulator of the acid-base balance because they can decide how much acid we excrete in the urine. But this does not mean that if you feel that your body is over-acidic, you should only eat alkaline foods. However, you should make sure that your diet does not contain excessive amounts of acidic foods. And although sugar is considered a neutral food, it should not be consumed in large quantities.
