The idea
A vegan protein shake is a must -have recipe idea for our vegan ProteinAgil . Thanks to the natural ingredients, our protein shake contains no added protein . We've left out sugar and flavor enhancers. It was important to us that preparation be just as quick as with conventional protein shakes that are ready to drink with just milk.
Ingredients for one shake (~350 ml)
1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk (e.g., soy milk for extra protein)
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp coconut yogurt
1.5 tbsp ProteinAgil (Vegan Protein Powder with DigeZyme ®)
1 tbsp baking cocoa
preparation
-
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
-
Add more plant-based milk as desired until the desired consistency is reached.
-
Serve in a glass and enjoy!
Tip: Put the liquid ingredients in the blender first – this way the powder and cocoa won't stick to the bottom!
