The idea
What could be better than enjoying a delicious chocolate ice cream in the summer? But conventional ice cream often contains a lot of sugar and other unhealthy additives. That's why we wanted to develop a vegan chocolate protein ice cream that's not only healthy but also packed with good ingredients! And with the bananas, yogurt, and ProteinAgil, it even keeps you feeling full for longer.

Ingredients
150 g coconut yogurt
2 bananas
60 g baking cocoa
1 tbsp ProteinAgil
preparation
Put all the ingredients in a blender. Mix well and leave in the freezer overnight. It tastes even better in an ice cream maker. A little tip: It also tastes delicious as a pudding before freezing! You can also use cocoa nibs or hazelnut pieces as a topping.
