The idea
Protein bars for in between They're the ideal snack to keep in your bag. Whether after a workout, between appointments, or as a healthy snack for long commutes , protein bars are healthy and convenient. But unfortunately, they're also expensive and sometimes full of hidden ingredients. That's why we wanted to develop a recipe that allows us to make our own protein bars with ProteinAgil —healthy and affordable.
Ingredients for 10 bars
For the floor

45 g cashews, walnuts or almonds

30g oat flakes

2 0g Protein Agile

2 pitted dates, soaked (10 minutes in hot water)

2 tbsp melted coconut oil
For the peanut butter layer:

90 g creamy peanut butter

3 0 g A gaven syrup

1/2 tbsp melted coconut oil
-
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 /2 E L ProteinAgil
-
1 pinch of sea salt
For the fruit layer:

200 g frozen berry mix
-
4 0 ml orange or lemon juice

1 tbsp chia seeds
-
½ tbsp ProteinAgil

1 tbsp cornstarch
preparation

First, chop the ingredients for the dough in a food processor and place in a 20x15cm form interpret .

Then chill in the refrigerator while you mix the ingredients for the peanut mixture and heat briefly on the stove until they form a homogeneous mixture.

Now spread the peanut mixture on the base and cool again during the next step.

Heat the ingredients for the berry mixture together in a saucepan until they form a homogeneous mixture.

Spread the berry mixture over the other layers and let it harden again in the refrigerator for a few hours.
