The idea

The nutty-sweet option for cold days: the Maple Hazelnut Protein Latte . The blend of maple syrup and hazelnut provides depth and sweetness, while ProteinAgil enriches the drink with high-quality plant-based protein. Perfect as an autumnal energy boost or a cozy afternoon treat. 🍁

Ingredients for 1 serving (~300 ml)

  • 1 strong espresso
  • 200 ml (oat) milk, frothed
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp hazelnut syrup
  • ½ tsp ProteinAgil (vegan protein powder with DigeZyme®)

preparation

  1. Pour the espresso into a heat-resistant glass or cup.
  2. Add maple syrup , hazelnut syrup and ProteinAgil .
  3. Using a hand mixer or milk frother , mix everything well until the ingredients are completely combined.
  4. Slowly pour the frothed, warm (oat) milk over it and stir briefly so that a creamy texture forms.
  5. Garnish with cocoa powder, cinnamon or chopped hazelnuts as desired – and enjoy!

Tip: If you don't have a milk frother, you can also gently heat all the ingredients in a small saucepan (do not boil!) and mix them until creamy using a whisk.
