The idea

We've all been there: you just want a quick and tasty snack, but it shouldn't be unhealthy. That's actually quite difficult, because many options like energy bars contain loads of sugar and unnecessary ingredients . That 's why we developed our High Protein Brownie Energy Balls : they contain no added sugar and are packed with rich ingredients that are truly satisfying and provide energy. For example, we've added protein powder, hazelnuts, and hazelnut butter . You simply prepare a batch, and then you always have 12 energy balls in the fridge whenever you need a quick snack . Delicious, protein-rich, and healthy!

Ingredients

100g dates
30g oat flour (or a flour of your choice)

50g hazelnut butter (or a nut butter of your choice)
30ml maple syrup (or a sweetener of your choice)
1 shot of plant-based milk

100g dark chocolate

preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together except the chocolate. You may want to chop the dates beforehand, as some blenders have difficulty with this.

  1. Shape the mixture into equally sized balls. We made about 12.

  1. Let it cool in the refrigerator and enjoy!
