Ingredients
300g silken tofu
120g frozen berry mix
1 tbsp lemon juice
150g melted vegan white chocolate
1 tbsp ProteinAgil
preparation

Heat the berries and lemon juice in a saucepan

Melt the vegan white chocolate

Puree the silken tofu until it has a creamy consistency

Then add the berry mixture , melted chocolate and ProteinAgil to the silken tofu and mix well.

For optimal taste, let it cool briefly in the refrigerator
