High Protein Pizza
We'll show you a high-protein pizza recipe – delicious, filling, and perfect if you're craving pizza and want to boost your protein intake at the same time. Our vegan ProteinAgil makes the dough extra protein-rich while still keeping it soft and crispy.
Time required
Approximately 15 minutes preparation + 20 minutes baking time
Ingredients
85g soy yogurt
4 g baking powder
1 TL ProteilAgil
90 g spelt flour
Topping of your choice (e.g. tomato sauce, vegetable strips, fresh herbs)
preparation
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
- To prepare the dough: Put soy yogurt, baking powder, ProteinAgil and spelt flour into a bowl and mix everything into a smooth dough.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface or shape it directly into a pizza shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the dough with tomato sauce and top it with your favorite ingredients as desired.
- Slide the pizza into the oven and bake it for about 18-20 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
