The idea
If you're in a hurry, we already have a recipe for a high-protein smoothie bowl . But if you can take a little time to fry them, the pancakes are perfect . Since we use just a few ingredients for a "clean " recipe, you probably already have everything you need at home. As with all of our recipes and nutritional supplements, we use purely plant-based and nutrient-rich ingredients, which are supplemented with ProteinAgil in the pancakes .

The ingredients
For 9 pancakes you need:
- 1 cup plant-based drink (we used soy milk ) (~240 g)
- 1 cup of oatmeal (~90 g)
- 1 ripe banana (~120 g)
- 2 tablespoons ProteinAgil (~2 7 g)
+Optional as topping: 1 teaspoon date syrup for a natural sweetness ( date syrup is high in nutrients such as iron, potassium & fiber) .
Preparation
- Put all ingredients in a blender and puree into a smooth dough.
- Heat a pan with a little oil or margarine and fry the dough in portions to make pancakes.
- Garnish pancakes as desired – enjoy with fruit, nuts or yoghurt!

Tips!
