Tasks

  • Independent preparation and development of recipes for dietary supplements, balanced diets, functional foods, nutraceuticals and cosmeceuticals, taking marketing strategy criteria into account 
  • Researching suitable raw materials for the recipes based on scientific sources 
  • Registration/or re-registration of new products with the relevant authorities 
  • Have private label products checked for marketability 
  • Carrying out nutritional calculations 
  • Creating product information for sales, marketing and the online shop 
  • Writing magazine articles for the online shop 
  • Occasional national/international trade fair visits to follow industry developments and/or receive customer feedback 

  

Profile 

  • Completed studies in nutritional sciences/ecotrophology/food chemistry 
  • First professional experience in the food or health industry 
  • Regular presentations of new product ideas and status reports 
  • Independent, goal-oriented and structured way of working 
  • Strong personal commitment and interest in marketing and product management 
  • Communicative and team connected 
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
