Rosemary essential oil is used in aromatherapy for an invigorating, energizing effect. It has a stimulating effect on the brain and improves its performance in terms of concentration and memory. It also promotes circulation and blood circulation, which also contributes to the strengthening effect of the oil. Thanks to its strong anti-inflammatory effects, it is often used for rheumatic diseases.

Rosemary essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of the leaves and twig tips of rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis). 

Pay attention to the hazard warnings on the label. The bottle is equipped with a child-proof cap and vertical dropper. To dose the essential oil, hold the head of the bottle vertically downwards so that you can then count the individual drops. After opening for the first time, depending on the consistency of the oil, it may take some time until the first drops appear. Attention: Essential oils are concentrates that may only be used diluted! Rosemary essential oil ct. Cineole must not be taken. When used on the skin, 1 8-cineole can cause skin irritation and eczema in sensitive people; if ingested, gastroenteritis and kidney irritation are possible. Limonene and linalool have allergenic potential. Limonene can cause skin irritation in sensitive people. Rosemary essential oil ct. Cineol is not suitable for external use in pregnant women, infants and small children.

How can aromas affect the body?
