The idea

Ingredients
600 g silken tofu
240g vegan white chocolate
¾ tsp Vanilla extract
3 tsp speculaas spice
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
15 G ProteinAgil
Toppings (optional)
speculoos cookies crumbled
Caramelized almonds
Pomegranate seeds
cinnamon or cocoa Nibs

The silken tofu with the vanilla extract , Coconut oil , almond butter, speculoos spice and ProteinAgil Blend with an immersion blender until smooth.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath and add it to the mixture.

Mix everything together and chill in the refrigerator for a few hours.
