The idea
A robust and tangy energy latte for autumn days – or as a refreshing alternative anytime. The Brown Sugar & Agave Protein Latte combines rich coffee flavor, caramel depth, and plant-based protein. Ideal for recharging your energy and staying balanced.
Ingredients for 1 serving (~300 ml)
- 2 tablespoons of instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tsp ProteinAgil (vegan protein powder with DigeZyme®)
- 3-4 tsp agave syrup (to taste)
- Ice cubes as desired
- (Oat) milk, cold frothed
preparation
- Pour instant coffee, brown sugar, ProteinAgil and agave syrup into a glass in that order.
- Pour on some hot water (about two finger widths) so that the coffee dissolves completely.
- Whisk vigorously with a hand mixer or milk frother until a creamy, foamy mixture is formed.
- Add ice cubes to the glass and carefully fill with cold frothed (oat) milk.
Tip: For a hot version , simply omit the ice cubes and pour over warm frothed milk – perfect for cozy autumn evenings.
