The idea
After all the sweet recipes with ProteinAgil , we needed something savory. We immediately thought of patties, as they're so versatile and packed with nutrients thanks to the lentils, vegetables, and ProteinAgil . Forget bland meat substitutes! Our lentil patties are juicy, flavorful, and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
200g cooked red lentils
1 grated carrot
1 small chopped onion
2 chopped garlic cloves
3 tbsp oat flakes
3 tbsp ProteinAgil
1 tsp mustard
Spices
preparation

Cook the lentils and then mash them with a fork.

Chop the vegetables, add to the lentil mixture and mix with the spices

Shape into patties as desired (we made 12 small patties ) and fry until golden brown.
