Your tasks: 

  • Support in setting up the marketing department 
  • Design and development of the marketing strategy and corporate communication 
  • Conception of marketing plans and negotiation of marketing cooperations 
  • Responsible for the marketing budget 
  • Website maintenance including SEO/SEA measures 
  • Market analysis and gathering of social media trends 
  • Expansion and support of the social media channels including content creation 
  • Responsibility for performance monitoring and creation of corresponding reports 
  • Coordination and marketing of new product launches 
  • Planning, design and support in the implementation of regional events such as trade fairs, customer events, etc.

You bring: 

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on marketing, media/communication sciences or economics or comparable training 
  • First professional experience in (digital) marketing and social media tools 
  • Confident handling of cross-media communication 
  • Ideally experience in scaling digital marketing and sales models 
  • High digital affinity and verifiable knowledge of online marketing tools, platforms and networks 
  • Creativity and a good feeling for current trends 
  • Strong communication skills and a strong hands-on mentality 
  • Independent, goal-oriented and structured way of working
