Among other things, you would expect the following areas of responsibility at AgilNature®:
- Project management of the development department
- Organization and determination of the processes in the development department
- Development of proposals for the optimization of existing and new processes
- Independent development and creation of recipes according to the wishes of the AgilNature team for food supplements, balanced diets, functional foods, nutraceuticals and cosmeceuticals
- Recipe maintenance, labeling and specification
- Checking the raw materials for their suitability for the recipe
- Creation of product information for sales, marketing and the online shop (short PowerPoint, which raw materials are in the product, what the effects and indications are here, usage information, product descriptions for the website...)
- Carrying out nutritional calculations
- Independent preparation of proposals for the product development of the private label, taking into account strategic marketing criteria
- Examination of own brand products for marketability
- Training for third parties (e.g. distributors, pharmacies)
Prerequisites & Requirement:
- Regular information and coordination with management/marketing
- Focus on product development considering the company's economic needs
- High level of integrity and assertiveness
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Communicative and team connected
- strong personal commitment and interest in marketing and product management
- Animal lover, since a dog is part of our AgilNature® team
